Streams of Vitality draws on the subtle energies found in the landscape, an observation of place, of time spent looking at and being in nature. An intimate portrait of a stretch of land on the Essex coast, capturing the flora and wild life in the late summer months heading in to autumn. The abundance of wild flowers and fruits growing on the clifftops and estuary river banks show cycles of life and offer a moment to pause and to breath. The soundtrack is composed of birdsong, heartbeats and a singing bowl used in mediation.
